Where’s the search bar?
The search bar is at the top of the Lotteries section’s home page. It lets you search through all the products in this section and the Casino and Instants sections. You’ll also find the search bar at the top of each game category page (Draw-based Lotteries and Scratch Tickets) and in all collections.
Where are my favourites, my subscriptions, my groups and my purchases?
Your favourites, subscriptions, groups and purchases are now centralized and accessible directly from the My Account section (My Espacejeux).
Good to know:
The Favourites tab in the main menu only includes your preferred games from the Casino, Live Casino, and Instants sections. It does not include your favourite products from the Lotteries section.
Lottery favourites are managed separately. You can find them in the My Account (My Espacejeux) section.
In other words, your Casino and Lottery favourites are kept separate, and each is accessible in different areas of the site.
Where’s my Games page?
The old Games page has been replaced by two distinct sections in the navigation menu: Draw-based Lotteries and Scratch Tickets. This update is designed to make your user experience clearer and smoother, and access to products within the same category easier.
What’s the Recently Played tab?
The Recently Played tab, available in the main menu, only shows your recently played games from the Casino, Live Casino, and Instants sections.
It doesn’t include your recent purchases in the Lotteries section. These purchases are managed separately, and you can view them in the My Account section (My Espacejeux).
