Adding a bank account
Your attempt to add your bank account information failed or was aborted. Please make sure the selected bank account and your Espacejeux account are under the same name and try again.
You can also add your bank account information manually by sending us a void cheque.
Your request to add your bank account information is being processed.
Make sure you have your debit card or online banking log-in information on hand.
The name in your Espacejeux account must be identical to the name associated with your bank account, otherwise you won’t be able to complete the process of adding a bank account.
As soon as it's approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and will then be able to make withdrawals from your Espacejeux account.
Please note:
If you've changed your mind and want to enter your bank account information online, you can still do so.
Before you start entering your bank account information, make sure you have your debit card or online banking log-in information on hand.

You must have a void cheque on hand to continue.
- It must be a personal cheque in your name (a cheque with your name handwritten on it or bearing someone else’s name won’t be accepted).
- Write “VOID” or “SPECIMEN” by hand in block letters across the cheque.
You’re responsible for making sure that the information you provide is accurate.
Please note that there is a delay when your information is entered manually (with the help of a void cheque).
